DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

FMovies (fmoviesfmovies.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Our Content

FMovies publishes original reviews, news, opinions, and editorial commentary. We do not host, upload, or link to pirated streams or downloads. If you believe any content on this Site infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.

Filing a Takedown Notice

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, send us a message through the contact form on our Contact Us page. Your notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list of such works).
  • Identification of the material on our Site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the specific page URL).
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We may be unable to act on notices that are incomplete or do not include the required information.

How We Handle Notices

When we receive a valid takedown notice, we will review it and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the party who provided the material, if applicable.

Counter-Notices

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or because of misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice through the contact form on our Contact Us page. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in question, unless the original complainant files a court action against you.

Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
